I caught this visitor in Great Falls Park back in the fall of 2010. This was shot well into "blue hour", at 1/6th of a second exposure and high hopes that he would hold still that long.
A Foggy Day in 2009.
Inverness, in 2000.
The slight hiccup on the left is damage to the negative. Oh well. At least it is as good as it is.
...but we really shot a whole role of pics here.
Eilean Donan Castle in Kintail, Scotland. Famous for a number of films including Highlander, Entrapment, and one of the more recent Bond films.
Shot using an APS camera back in 2000, my first scans of this from the prints were horrible.* Fortunately, a local camera shop was able to do fresh scans from the negatives (before it, too, closed up like every other camera chain out there :( ), and so I've a much better record of this trip than I had before. Good thing, too, 'cause the negatives were already starting to show signs of age.
* Yes, you might note that I 'photoshopped' the guy in the bright white sweater out of it.
